As we continue to expand and enrich the learning journey for our students, we are seeking a dedicated Scheduler to play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our tutor's schedules.

Position Overview: The Scheduler will be an essential part of our operations team, responsible for coordinating and managing the scheduling of online classes, workshops, and educational events. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders will contribute to the success of our online teaching platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with instructors, and the operations team to create and manage a cohesive and effective class schedule.
- Coordinate class timings, ensuring optimal utilization of instructor availability and accommodating varying time zones.
- Manage scheduling requests and changes, while maintaining clear and consistent communication with all parties involved.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of virtual classrooms, ensuring smooth technical operations during live sessions.
- Monitor attendance and engagement during online classes, and report on key metrics to inform decision-making.
- Communicate proactively with instructors to address scheduling conflicts, technical issues, and other concerns.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure accurate and up-to-date class listings on the company website and other promotional channels.
- Collaborate on process improvement initiatives to streamline scheduling processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide support for special events, workshops, and any other scheduling-related tasks as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using scheduling tools, calendar platforms, and virtual communication tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in scheduling, event coordination, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and virtual classroom technology is a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a genuine passion for education.
