Accounts Manager

**Purpose**

Preparing income tax returns. Providing accurate reports on a company's finances to government agencies. Reviewing tax forms and make recommendations for adjustments if necessary. Resolving any tax-related issues for the business or client. Responsible for implementing accounting systems and processes, preparing monthly financial reports, controlling the master data of the general ledger, and ensuring compliance with the state revenue service.

We are looking for a proficient Accountant to join our Company in Alrode. As an authorized Accountant, you will be responsible for undertaking all accounting activities under the current legislation. Besides having knowledge of professional accounting principles, you should also have steady work experience. You should be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) accredited to a known professional body or any reputed institute for certified public accountants.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintaining proper accounting records
- Assessing financial risks and suggesting preventive measures
- Liaising with clients, business partners, auditors and vendors
- Ensuring complete compliance with the state authorities
- Offering expert financial advice and services to clients
- Investigating and rectifying any financial discrepancies
- Conducting internal and external audits
- Preparing budgets, annual reports and strategies
- Advising clients on financial transactions, mergers and acquisitions
- Helping clients with reciprocity agreements, training agreements or similar tax/payment-related queries
- Analysing the company’s financial systems and procedures
- Processing online payments and bank statements
- Preparing and forecasting budget reports
- Preventing or suggesting ways to stop any fraudulent activities.
- Negotiating monetary terms with vendors
- Providing assistance with tax planning

- Responsible for preparing tax returns, tracking tax liabilities and providing financial expertise in any tax-related matters.
- Liaising with clients, auditors and vendors and providing them with accurate information.
- Be familiar with our business plan, able to investigate any irregularities and suggest improvement measures.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor’s/Honour's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or related field
- Certificated Public Accountant or accredited to a reputed institution.
- 3+ years of experience as an Accountant.
