**IT Manager - Luxury Five-Star Hotel | Zambia**

We’re recruiting an IT Manager for a prestigious new five-star hotel in Zambia, set to redefine luxury with 200+ rooms, extensive banquet facilities, and over 10 exquisite F&B outlets. Join a world-class team and play a pivotal role in shaping the IT infrastructure from the ground up.

**The Opportunity**

This pre-opening position offers a unique challenge for a tech-savvy leader with a hands-on approach to IT management. The role encompasses hardware and software implementation, policy development, and seamless operational integration to ensure a superior guest experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Implement and manage IT systems, software solutions, and network infrastructure across the property.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, security protocols, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and support Wi-Fi, AV setups, and guest IT-related queries to maintain service excellence.
- Manage CCTV, door lock systems, and IPTV configurations, ensuring optimal performance.
- Oversee server configurations, firewall management, and critical systems like PMS, POS, and financial software integration.
- **Proven experience as IT Manager in a luxury hotel environment (4 or 5-star).**:

- **African hospitality experience is essential.**:

- **Skilled at problem-solving under pressure, with strong planning and improvisational skills to handle logístical challenges.**:

- **Calm, collected, and decisive, with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach.**:

- **Formal IT qualifications with expertise in Opera PMS, Delphi, POS Symphony, and Sage 300 are highly advantageous.**:

- **Capable of working long hours and going beyond expectations when needed.**

**Compensation and Benefits**
- US$3,000 net per month
- Accommodation provided
- Local medical coverage
- Annual flight home
- 21 days leave per year
- Single status only
- Start Date: Targeting a March/April opening.
