Are you an experienced telesales professional with a passion for driving sales and building strong customer relationships? We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented International Experienced Telesales Agents to join our winning team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients located internationally to promote our products/services and generate sales.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Update customer records and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends to effectively communicate product benefits to clients.
- Collaborate with team members and sales managers to optimize sales strategies and improve overall performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telesales agent, preferably in an international campaign
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to effectively close sales.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Target-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to adapt to different cultures and communicate effectively with international clients.
- Availability to work flexible hours

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From R6,500.00 per month
