Reporting Structure The successful candidate will report to the Regional Manager and will generate appointments on a national basis by identifying and contacting prospects via telephone and electronic media to support Business Development initiatives. Duties & Responsibilities Secure qualified appointments in line with set targets. Proactively follow up on leads generated from canvassing for Business Development Executives. Identify and follow up on opportunities with companies not in the database or CRM of Indgro Outsourcing. Use telesales skills to generate interest in the company's product and service offerings, asking questions to understand prospect requirements and set up appointments. Verify prospect details and update contact records. Advise prospects of new product and service offerings relevant to their needs. Update and present all relevant reports as required. Develop good working relationships with all company functions. Complete required training to perform the duties of the position. Desired Experience & Qualifications Grade 12 certificate. Proven experience as a telesales consultant, meeting targets consistently. Desirable: At least 2 years’ experience in Multi-Services, Human Capital, or Cleaning Services industries. Basic sales skills are essential. Proficiency in MS Office suite. Ability to learn about the product and service offerings, their features, benefits, and USP, and communicate these effectively over the phone and electronically. High persuasion skills, organization, persistence, customer focus, and accurate data entry skills. Package & Remuneration Basic salary package. Funeral benefit for immediate family members.
