**Job Description**:
As a PR and Communications Coordinator at Office Beacon South Africa, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing communication strategies to elevate our brand across various channels. You will work closely with the marketing team, interact with media professionals, and engage with our audience to ensure a positive and consistent brand image.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Planning and Implementation:
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness.

Develop and implement communication strategies that align with overall business objectives.

2. Campaign Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze the outcomes of communication campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to management.

Create detailed reports on the effectiveness of PR and communication efforts.

3. Media Relationship Management:
Maintain an up-to-date press list, establishing and nurturing relationships with journalists, influencers, and other media professionals.

Pitch stories and secure media coverage to enhance brand visibility.

4. Content Creation:
Draft compelling press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials.

Ensure that all communication materials adhere to brand guidelines and effectively convey key messages.

5. PR Events and Stakeholder Engagement:
Organize and coordinate PR events to enhance brand presence.

Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and media representatives.

6. Online Reputation Management:
Monitor online mentions and engagement, proactively addressing and responding to customer inquiries or concerns.

Implement strategies to manage and enhance brand perception across digital platforms.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in public relations and communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Familiarity with media relations and an established network of media contacts.
