**Description of position**:

- Prepare and serve coffee and other specialty beverages to customers according to company recipes and standards.
- Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff as necessary.
- Provide prompt, attentive, and courteous service to all customers.
- Serve food and beverages to tables in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle cash, card transactions, and operate the POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including cleaning tables, counters, and equipment.
- Ensure food and beverage quality, consistency, and presentation meet company standards.
- Assist with stocking supplies, ingredients, and inventory management as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Positive and friendly personality is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus.
- Previous experience in a barista or waiter role is preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
