**Job Title**: Upholsterer - Refurbishment Team

**Job Summary**:
As an Upholsterer on our refurbishment team, you will play a vital role in maintaining and improving guest and crew areas by performing tasks related to upholstery, carpentry, wall coverings, and soft furnishings. You will ensure that all areas meet high standards by efficiently repairing, restoring, and reupholstering furniture and decor, contributing to a pleasant environment for everyone on board.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organize work systematically to minimize disruption to guest areas and the ship’s environment.
- Ensure sufficient materials are available for tasks, submitting requisitions to onboard management for additional supplies when necessary.
- Reupholster and varnish furnishings in both guest and crew areas as required to maintain high standards.
- Repair broken furniture promptly to maintain the ship’s service levels.
- Assist housekeeping on turnaround days with emergency maintenance in staterooms and suites (e.g., loose hinges, scratches on furniture, and silicon repairs in showers/bathtubs).
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all fabrics and tools available on board.
- Install carpets and wallpaper when necessary.
- Assist guests with repairing luggage, bags, shoes, etc., as directed by the Guest Services Manager.
- Purchase and order materials and tools necessary to complete assigned duties.
- Participate in all safety training and drills to ensure compliance with onboard safety protocols.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in upholstery, carpentry, or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a high standard of safety and service.
- MUST have valid Passport
