Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Cost and quote Clients
- Add/remove new stocks items on QuickBooks.
- Ensure stock is correct in QuickBooks.
- Perform related tasks when asked by the director/senior management.
- Create Sales orders on QuickBooks.
- Create Purchase orders on QuickBooks.
- Create estimates on QuickBooks.
- Invoice customers on QuickBooks
- Print delivery notes.
- Co-ordinate with dispatch regarding which orders must be delivered.
- Use the card machine for COD payments.
- Assist walk-in COD customers.
- Follow up on production of orders.
- Deal with customer complaints
- Filing
- Be able to use Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Co-ordinate with accounts department and ensure accounts are paid in full.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales consultants for further development and closure
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your scope.
- Team with Sales Consultants to build pipeline and close deals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven Internal sales experience.
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing and receiving dozens of calls per day.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

**Salary**: From R15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wynberg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
