**Sewing Teacher Application**

Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sewing Teacher to teach a variety of sewing techniques, pattern making and garment construction to students of all skill levels.

**Note: A solid understanding of sewing techniques is essential**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sewing Teacher to instruct students of all skill levels in sewing techniques, pattern making, and garment construction.

- Applicants must have experience in sewing and pattern-making

**Key Responsibilities & Required Skills**

**Teaching Fundamentals**: Guide students from basic to advanced sewing skills, including pattern making and fabric selection.

**Teaching Experience**: Previous teaching experience or a proven ability to mentor and guide learners is preferred.

**Equipment Proficiency**: Must be comfortable using sewing machines and overlockers.

**Patience & Student Support**: Passion for teaching is a must. Students have different learning styles, requiring dedication and patience. If you struggle with maintaining focus or patience, this role may not be suitable for you.

**Physical Stamina**: The role involves actively engaging with students, moving between workstations, and managing time effectively across multiple sessions.

**Position Details**

**Availability**: Full-time opportunities available.

Monday to Saturday, with options for 4-hour or 8-hour shifts (to be discussed in the interview).

**Salary**: R5,000 - R11,000 per month, depending on shift schedule, expertise, and contributions to the company.
