Proactively seek out new models for the agency and manage their careers
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, photographers, and other industry professionals
Negotiate contracts and fees on behalf of the models and the agency
Schedule and coordinate model castings, fittings, and photo shoots
Provide guidance and support to models throughout their careers
Monitor market trends and stay up-to-date with industry developments

**Requirements**:
Minimum of three years of experience in a similar role
Strong network and established relationships in the modeling industry
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry-specific software
Bachelor's degree in fashion, business, marketing or related field preferred not a deal breaker
