**Full Job Description**

**Duties will include but are not limited to the following**:
**Garden Maintenance**:

- **Pruning of trees and overgrown shrubs**:

- **Reinstating plant beds and garden redevelopment**:

- **All basic garden tasks**:

- **Hand/additional watering when required**:

- **Quality check in each garden after work is done**:

- **Daily reports on what was done in each garden**

**Driving & Equipment Maintenance**:

- **Safely transporting the team and equipment to and from job sites**:

- **Conducting daily inspections of company vehicles and trailers for safety and maintenance**:

- **Ensuring all vehicles are roadworthy, clean, and in compliance with traffic regulations**:

- **Checking and maintaining the trailer and vehicle’s condition, including lights, tires, and hitch.**:

- **Reporting any vehicle or trailer issues promptly and coordinating repairs as needed**
- **Plan the routes to be taken day prior.**

**Tools & Machinery**:

- **Inspecting tools before and after use, including lawnmowers, hedge trimmers, and brush-cutters
- report where necessary.**:

- **Cleaning all tools Oiling and sharpening blades of all cutting equipment once a week or after job when needed.**

**Qualifications**:

- **Matric**:
**Experience and Knowledge required**:

- **Minimum of 2-3 years’ relevant experience in a similar role**:

- **Knowledge of plants, gardening techniques, and horticultural practices**:

- **Proficiency with horticultural machinery and tools**:

- **Familiarity with irrigation systems and basic maintenance**:

- **Strong understanding of health & safety regulations in a garden maintenance environment**

**Specific Requirements**:

- **Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record**:

- **Of sober habits**

**Additional Requirements**:

- **Own transport is a preferred**:

- **Fluent in English (Afrikaans proficiency is an advantage)**

**Work Hours**:
**Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:15 PM, reporting at the office by 7:00 AM.**

**To Apply**:
Pay: R6 500,00 - R8 000,00 per month

**Experience**:
