Factory Foreman

Requirements: - Minimum 8 years relevant experience, either in a similar role or as a construction foreman at a reputable construction company- Strong knowledge of concrete, formwork, reinforcing steel, and pre-tension steel- Preferably experienced with mechanical equipment such as concrete batch plants, saw-cutting machines, hydraulic jacks, and overhead cranes- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Deadline-driven with the ability to adhere to strict time programmes- Ability to work accurately under pressureKey Responsibilities - Supervise and monitor factory operations to ensure productivity, quality, and safety- Oversee planning, casting, and lane stripping- Communicate daily task requirements clearly to supervisors, operators, and labourers- Ensure deliveries are dispatched on time- Address line performance issues, bottlenecks, and breakdowns- Conduct daily line walks to monitor process control and the accuracy of checklists- Ensure machinery is cleaned and inspected at the start and end of each shift- Report maintenance issues immediately and assist with breakdowns
