- Ensure that all projects within the program are aligned with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain a program plan that outlines the scope, goals, timelines, resources, and budget of all included projects.
- Allocate and manage resources, including personnel, budget, and materials, to support program objectives.
- Oversee individual projects within the program, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and ensuring they meet their goals
- Identify and manage risks and issues that may impact the program's success, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Define and ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices across all projects within the program.
- Regularly communicate with stakeholders, including executives, project teams, and sponsors, to provide updates and maintain alignment
- Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of program outcomes within the organization.
- Provide regular status reports, program dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to demonstrate progress and results.**Inherent Requirements**
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in project management
- Certified copies of I.D, Passport and valid work permit for non SA Citizens
- PMBOK or PRINCE Certification
- Certified copies of NQF level 7 in Program management related field
