**About Us**:
The Back Clinic is a well-established, multidisciplinary healthcare practice committed to providing excellent patient care. We are looking for a **Locum Medical Receptionist** who can step in on an ad hoc basis to support our practice when additional cover is needed (e.g., staff leave, busy periods, or short-notice requirements).

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist patients professionally at reception.
- Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Process billing, invoicing, and payment capturing accurately.
- Ensure accurate patient record-keeping and filing.
- Support smooth day-to-day operations of the practice.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a healthcare/clinic environment (advantageous).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace; MedEdi experience beneficial).
- Ability to adapt quickly and learn practice systems with mínimal supervision.
- Reliable, professional, and able to work at short notice.
