Responsible for day-to-day monitoring of Cartrack company vehicles on Cartrack reports
- Responsible for all fleet related administration.
- Responsible for maintaining of vehicles under your control, including completing job cards and arranging for services, tyres windscreen replacements etc.
- Responsible for cost control of all fleet related purchases following the correct order procedure.
- Responsible for compiling of accident claim packs and lodging claims with the insurer.
- Regular follow up of out of service fleet, managing the vehicle throughout the repair process until vehicle is back in service.
- Quality control of fleet under your control, ensuring vehicles are clean, accident free and with the correct Cartrack.
- Report any on compliance as outlined in the fleet management policy.
- Administration of cost recovery from staff where applicable by completing AODS.
- Ensure to complete payment packs of all external service providers used as per determined company standards.
- Manage the relationship with external suppliers used.
- Ensure to at all times manage the risks proactively that is associated with controlling our fleet vehicles.

Minimum Requirements
- National Senior Certificate / Grade 12
- Good communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- High level of attention to detail
- Experience working both Day and Night Shift
- Experience with Fleet Tracking

**Salary**: R7,500.00 - R9,500.00 per month
