To provide end-to-end human resources (HR) services and develop strong relationship with the client department, and interpret business challenges into relevant HR interventions. Detailed Description To guide and facilitate strategic HR processes such as performance management, organisation development, talent management, leadership development, diversity, workforce planning and succession planning within client departments. - To manage end-to-end recruitment for jobs at all levels, from job advertisement to offer management. - To guide and facilitate the Performance Management (PM) process from end-to-end as well as provide PM training to client departments where necessary. - To facilitate the job analysis and profiling process within functions of the client department, for the purpose of design or redesign of functional structures and jobs in line with organisational requirements. - To provide guidance in relation to Rewards in line with relevant policies and guidelines. - To facilitate Employee Relations (ER) matters of various complexity to conclusion as well as pre-empt and mitigate related risk. - To facilitate the implementation of HR policies, processes and procedures, create awareness as needed, and recommend improvement thereof. - To identify emerging HR trends and advise on the potential impact on the business as well as provide input into action plans to address emergent issues. - To source relevant HR data, conduct analysis thereof and provide insights and inputs to improve decision making.
