Duties & Responsibilities
- Canvass new and existing property sellers and buyers
- Assisting with property inspections, assessments, and sales
- Manage property sales
- Present purchase offers to sellers
- Follow up on seller and buyer leads
Desired Experience & Qualifications
- Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent NQF 4
- Must have experience in selling property
- Well-presented and well-spoken as you will be dealing with different clients.
- Computer literate and has Excel experience
- Goal and sales driven
- Own transport
- Own Laptop
- Cellphone
- Self-discipline
- People skills
- Good communication skills
- Ambitious
- Hard working
