- Dealing with survey enquiries, survey requests and survey letters on all commercial short-term insurance business
- Adhering to the Survey SOP and NSP
- Amending policies following the completion of survey reports.

**Qualifications and experience**
- Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
- FAIS compliant: NQF level 4 (short-term insurance)
- Underwriting knowledge/experience
- 2 years commercial lines experience in a short-term insurance environment
- Fully Computer literate (MS Office)
- Completion of RIA qualification
- Afrikaans language preferrable
- Commercial insurance related qualification would serve as an advantage.
- Previous experience in client services environment would serve as a further advantage.
