**Managed People Solutions is looking to hire a Dedicated Griller for a very well-known restaurant based in Pretoria, Gauteng.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Braise and grill meat / fish and vegetables with a high degree of skill.
- Assist in maintaining inventory by tracking, labelling, and replacing key ingredients.
- Prepare meat / fish and vegetables by slicing, cutting, shredding, and tenderizing them as needed
- Communicate with the kitchen manager and waiter staff to ensure the timely delivery of all meals.
- Follow all relevant food health and safety guidelines.
- Maintain a workstation that is both clean and sanitary.
- Maintaining high quality and hygiene standards as per restaurant standards
- Manage all preparation and presentation of food.
- Ensuring correct portion control are adhered to.
- Ensuring the food is delivered timeously and without delay.
- Flexible to work overtime when required.

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12
- Atleast 3 years’ meat | fish grilling experience required
- Fish & Meat preparation is ESSENTIAL.
- Ability to work under pressure and with diligence
- Must be a clean and presentable individual
