**About the Company**:
Our partner firm prides itself on data-led software products and solutions that provide answers, predictions, and recommended actions from complex data sets. They serve a diverse client base across 30 countries, including the Middle East, Europe, and Africa. They are experts in utilising data insights to predict human behaviour and drive optimal business outcomes.

**Your Role**:
As a Senior Data Scientist, you will form a part of their Predictive Analytics team, developing and delivering predictive models across various industries. This role involves both solution designing and deployment in credit and non-credit industries. You'll have the responsibility for meeting client expectations on projects related to results, quality, budgets, and timelines. An essential part of your role will also involve innovation within predictive and other advanced analytics areas.

**Qualifications and Experience Needed**:

- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in consumer credit analytics.
- A focus on Predictive Modelling using Machine Learning methodologies.
- A minimum of a BComm with a major in Statistics, Quantitative Management, or a BSc in Engineering, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, Logistics, or related fields.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Azure/AWS.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and work under pressure.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Agile mindset and approach to work.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop advanced analytics and machine learning models.
- Provide best practice consulting advice to a wide range of organisations.
- Analyse reports and results to solve problems.
- Compile professional consulting reports and presentations.
- Work collaboratively with other teams in the business.

**Work Location**:
Based at the office in Century City (Hybrid working 1- 3 days per week)

This position may involve travel to client and alliance partner sites within South Africa and the EMEA Region.

**Salary**: R90,000.00 - R100,000.00 per month
