**Hours**: Evening shifts and weekends

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional support and service outside of standard business hours, ensuring smooth operations in the evening and over weekends.

- Utilize your excellent PC skills to keep our digital world running smoothly.
- Employ your superb communication skills to interact with customers and team members, solving problems and driving sales with a positive, can-do attitude.

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to work weekends and have a flexible approach to shift patterns.
- Proven experience in a role requiring excellent PC and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment, with efficiency and accuracy.
- Experience in sales or a customer-oriented role is highly advantageous.
