We are looking to employ a Personal Assistant with outstanding administrative and communication skills. The Personal Assistant is expected to have superb organisational, planning skills. The individual must be reliable with the ability to multitask and acclimatise in a fast-paced environment

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
The successful individual would be responsible for, but not limited to the following:

- Reporting to management and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
- Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents and presentations.
- Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.
- Liaising with internal & external client’s and answering calls
- Making travel arrangements when required.
- Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of management.
- Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar and sending reminders.
- Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required.
- Events planning and Executing
- Ordering office supplies and replacements
- Observing best business practices and etiquette.
- Provide general administrative support to Claims team
- Responsible for managing Adhoc Projects

**Qualifications**:
**Essential**
- 3 years’ Experience in a similar role non negotiable
- Proficient in MS Office Suite at an advanced level
- Business writing skills
- Strong analytical abilities
- Have a valid driver’s license and own car

**Advantageous**
- Have a tertiary qualification

Additional Information

In accordance with OUTsurance Insurance Company Ltd Employment Equity goals, preference will be given to individuals who meet the job requirements and are from the various designated groups. The role is fixed term contract role for 3-4 months
