**The Role**:
As our HR Systems and Data Analyst, you'll lead all aspects of the administration of our People systems (Sage People HRIS and LMS), ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security. You'll work closely with our People Leadership Team and cross-functional teams to optimize our systems and support data-driven decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**HR Systems Management**:

- Administer and maintain the HRIS tool; collaborate with vendors for updates and further development.
- Ensure data integrity and provide technical support to the team and employees.

**Data Governance**:

- Develop data management policies and quality controls.
- Conduct regular data audits and implement corrective actions.

**Reporting and Analytics**:

- Generate HR metrics and analytics reports; create custom reports and dashboards.
- Identify trends to inform strategic HR planning and support annual pay cycles.

**Compliance and Security**:

- Ensure HR data compliance with relevant laws and implement security measures.
- Collaborate with Tech and Legal departments on data privacy concerns.

**Process Improvement**:

- Continuously improve HR data management processes.
- Streamline data entry and retrieval for improved efficiency.

**Training and Support**:

- Provide training on systems and data management standard processes.
- Offer technical support and troubleshooting to HR users.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Qualifications in HR, Information Systems, Data Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience in HR systems or HR data analysis roles.
- Experience working with international colleagues, understanding different ways of working across complex people structures.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Sage People ideally however we are open to other platforms like Salesforce, Workday etc.)
- Advanced skills in data analysis tools (Excel and/or PowerBI)
