Home & living marketplace Fy is growing and looking for an Executive to join our Marketing and Merchandising team. This broad role will get you involved in several key areas of the business including performance marketing, organic social, influencers, and on-site merchandising.

We’re looking for a fast learner who gets as excited about nailing a process as they do about creating a viral TikTok.

**What will you be doing?**

Key areas of the role
- **Daily performance reporting + optimisation** - As a data driven business there are a core list of checks which need to be done every day across our marketing channels. You’ll take the lead on this process to ensure all our campaigns are improving every day.
- **Creative support -** Engaging content is at the heart of Fy so some of your day will be spent using basic Photoshop to create images for the site, app and marketing.
- **Influencer team support** - Influencers produce a lot of great content for Fy so some of your day will be spent placing orders, following up for content submissions and replying to new requests.
- **Content management -** The volume of content we have is only going to increase so a big part of this role it ensure it’s managed effectively and placed across the site, app and our marketing channels.

**Who are we looking for?**

You're super ambitious and love getting stuff done and crossed off your list
- 1yr+ working in a jnr marketing role
- Previous experience in ecommerce is a plus.
- Confident around numbers and spreadsheets
- Basic design skills (e.g Photoshop)
- Eager to learn new skills and willing to adapt as the role grows within the business
- Strong grasp of social media best practices
