We require a competent receptionist to work at our Beauty Salon in Stellenbosch.

It is imperative that the applicant is able to manage multiple schedules and have strong english communication skills both written and verbal.

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome all clients to the salon
- Make and manage client bookings
- Manage therapist work schedule
- Manage accurate stock - inventory, capturing, checking, receiving stock
- Opening and Closing of store
- Daily operations
- Daily reporting
- Complete cash-ups accurately
- Manage customer complaints and queries
- Administrative duties
- Maintain clean and organised front desk
- Maintain clean and organised work environment, required to do regular hygiene checks

Focused, organised, paying special attention to detail

Have experience in the beauty industry

Able to meet deadlines

Proficient in MS Office

Proficiency in SalonBridge will be beneficial

Have a good command of the English Language

Stellenbosch

**Salary**: R4,500.00 - R7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Stellenbosch, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
