**Main Purpose of Position**:
The main purpose of the Operations Administrator is to provide administrative support to the cloud department, focusing on, cloud Billing, processing quotes, capturing and raising orders, supporting partners with license renewals, assisting with reconciling accounts, solving customer queries and processing mapping quality assurance development.

**PERFORMANCE STANDARDS**
**Perform billing administration**
- Run monthly billing by pulling the necessary reports and following the necessary steps to issue invoices for services used
- Ensure that billing and all other queries are responded to and resolved following the business process
- Update tracker daily
- Manage the Monthly communication to Partners on relevant billing requirements.
- Understanding the SLA requirements for reporting and meeting the respective deadlines.
- Accuracy and detailed focus applied to all areas and tasks to enable improved results within the Operations environment
- Professional communication delivered to Internal and External Customers
- Provide support to the general operations team if and when there is capacity to spare
- Improve working capital by reducing risk/loss to First Distribution.
- Ensure all sales orders are accurate and loaded into the billing tools by the necessary timelines
- Compilation of Monthly and weekly reports
- Feedback to Partners on Quotes and Orders placed within the 4 hours SLA
- Support Procurement and Stores on queries raised.
- Load Accpac Orders on specific Brands within the 4 hours SLA
**Internal training associated with competencies**:
- Adhere to and complete the Company Learning Map issued during the first week of employment to meet the expectation
- Internal platforms: License Central, Partner Center, Webstore, Accpac
**Minimum Qualification**:
- Grade 12
- Accounting / Finance qualification would be an added advantage.
**Minimum Experience**:
- 2 - 3 years of Administration experience within an IT Environment
**Nice-to-have Skills**:
- Operations/procurement or logistics admin experience
- ACCPAC / ERP Sage 300

- Based in Gauteng (Pretoria/Centurion region)
**Office Requirements**:

- Working hours are from 08:00 - 17:00.
- Excellent international business language skills (English), both written and verbal.
- Reliable transport to and from the office.
