- Provides administrative support to the fiduciary department by compiling and analysing data and information.**experience and qualifications**:

- Minimum Qualification : Relevant Post Graduate in Economics
- Experience : 5 to 8 years’ experience in a similar environment, of which 2 to 3 years ideally at management level**additional requirements**:
**responsibilities**:

- Achievement of net profit growth for Group
- Forecast, analyse and document economic conditions affecting industry and / or segments across FNB
- Establish, align and manage target and budget goals whilst ensuring effective control of costs for a range of functional areas to increase cost efficiency
- Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions
- Keep up-to-date with market developments, new commercial products and all other areas that can affect the markets, e.g. movements in the economies of relevant countries, considering how the economic implications of factors such as natural disasters, weather, wars, etc., might affect the performance of companies and funds
- Provide specialist advice and support to executives and senior management on economical viable products to grow as a competitive industry provider
- Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements
- Forecast, analyse and document economic conditions affecting industry and / or business groups of FNB and provide recommendations for strategic decisions on findings from economical and global market analyses
- Short-term analysis of everything of immediate significance to the banking industry and the potential impact thereof. Short-term forecasts of all movements in the banking industry.
- Continuous analysis of the South African Commercial Banking industry and reporting thereon, including periodic short commentary on relevant news or events in the banking industry, banking price and other developments and banking investment returns
- Generate quarterly written overviews of the South African Commercial Banking industry including: An analysis of major changes and trends in the global and local macro economy of a political, economic and financial nature and their respective impacts on the banking industry; and an analysis of present and future conditions in the banking industry
- Improve business decisions by providing accurate and reliable business intelligence (information) together with analyzing trends and data
- Manage own development to increase own competencies
