In this role, you will guide clients through some of the most significant moments of their lives. You will draft and manage Wills, oversee estate administration, support trusts, and ensure every legal and administrative step is handled with precision and care. Your work will protect assets and give clients confidence that their wishes will be honoured. What you will do Draft and review Wills, Living Wills, Letters of Wishes, and other estate‑related documents. Support clients through meetings with empathy and clarity, providing guidance alongside the Director. Manage deceased estates from instruction to finalisation, ensuring all steps are compliant, accurate, and handled with care. Onboard clients and maintain professional communication with beneficiaries, executors, the Master’s Office, and other stakeholders. Prepare and review all key documentation including Liquidation and Distribution Accounts, affidavits, receipts, and final asset transfers. Assist with trust administration and ad hoc trust instructions while ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met. Contribute to improving processes, systems, and documentation to enhance efficiency and client experience. Qualifications LLB degree and admitted attorney in South Africa. 3 to 5 years legal experience, ideally with exposure to fiduciary or estate work. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). SharePoint experience is an advantage. Experience drafting Wills and related documents. Highly organised, detail focused, and confident managing complex workflows with accuracy. Professional, empathetic communicator who can support clients through sensitive matters with clarity and care.
