**Job Desciption**:
Novus Print: Montague Gardens is currently looking to appoint an energetic and motivated person to accept responsibility as a Junior Accounts Executive in the Sales Department. The successful incumbent will report to the Team Leader: Client Services.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Ensure client retention to achieve business targets
- Ensure the building of strong client relationships and client satisfaction
- Provide account management services and pro-active communication to all clients
- Manage jobs to ensure efficient workflow
- Manage, cultivate and support healthy working relationships between departments
- Manage and ensure seamless information flow and relationships with clients
- Provide solutions to clients based on market and industry segments they operate in

**Educational Requirements**:

- Matric with Mathematics

**Experience Requirements**:

- Relevant printing industry working experience would be advantageous

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Planning and organizing
- Negotiation skills
- Good numerical aptitude
- Analytical and problem solving
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Deadline driven
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
