What You’ll Be Doing New Business Generation: Research, identify, and reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking. Lead Qualification: Engage with prospects to understand their needs and position Ello’s services as solutions. Pipeline Growth: Book meetings and demos for senior sales staff, contributing directly to the sales pipeline. Client Outreach: Be the first point of contact for new opportunities and ensure professional follow-up. Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to deliver a seamless client experience. Learning & Growth: Develop your sales skills, product knowledge, and business acumen with mentorship from experienced team members. What We’re Looking For Entry-level / early career candidate with a passion for sales and technology. Confident communicator who isn’t afraid of cold outreach and high-volume prospecting. Driven and resilient — you handle rejection positively and keep pushing forward. Organized and proactive, able to manage your time and tasks independently.
