Position : Fleet/Logistics Co-ordinator

Location : Gauteng /Pretoria

Remuneration Package: R 180 000 per annum

**Minimum Requirements**
- Matric ( Grade 12)
- Qualification Transport Logistics or equivalent
- Mechanical engineering qualification or experience will be an advantage
- Must have previous Administration experience in a similar environment
- Must be computer literate
- Data capturing
- Prepared to work shifts
- Reliable and assertive
- Pro-active and ability to take initiative

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Handling administrative tasks
- Sorting out vehicle problems and assisting drivers with problems
- Monitoring and managing vehicle GPS tracking system.
- Monitoring driver behaviour and ensuring high level of customer service.
- Provide guidance and assistance to drivers.
- Enforcing working time directive regulations amongst drivers.
- Monitor operational costs on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and within deadlines.
- Managing breakdowns
- Supervising and controlling driver activities
