**Key Performance Areas and Responsibilities**:

- Manage and guide overall Studio performance.
- Manage Studio team consisting of Photographers, Retouchers, Stylists and Content Writers.
- Ensure an efficient and quick turnaround of products going live.
- Develop and implement processes within the Studio department.
- Plan effectively to manage department costs and budgets.
- Project management.
- Ensure impeccable standard of photography execution and image quality.
- Manage relationships across departments within the business as well as with external parties.

**Essential skills, behaviour and knowledge required**:

- A minimum of 2 in a similar role with experience in supervising and guiding people.
- Experience within an agency / creative environment highly advantageous.
- Proven experience in implementing and streamlining processes within a Studio environment.
- Proven ability to perform in a target driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Project management skills.
