This culture of caring is the focus of our corporate philosophy, that are anchored in the internationally applicable **Credo** **Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Agility** **Multiple Locations - EMEA** **Full-time** **Position overview** Supply chain responsiveness and agility in EMEA consumer Health is one the key strategic priorities for Supply Chain Consumer Health. To transform our supply chain, our E2E cross function agility program has been strengthen to deliver key step changes on 4 attributes of an agile supply chain: produce to demand, war on end to end lead-time, drive out variability and secure continuous flow. The Supply Chain Senior Analyst will strengthen the capability of the Core agility team in providing strong data analytics and recommendations, taking an active part in shaping our core processes and operating model and contribute to the implementation of initiatives. **Tasks & Responsibilities**: - Build, anticipate and coordinate large set of data and data analysis to support DRIs in define areas of opportunities and set priorities - Define leading indicators and secure the regular reporting to track execution and delivery of encouraged benefits of implemented initiatives - Develop and maintain tracking and monitoring of the program’s timelines/deadlines, effectively connect with DRIs to monitor progress, prepare and lead the sub-streams stand up meetings - Plan and implement some specific supply chain optimization projects, part of the Agility programs - Seek to improve all aspects of the supply chain department by reviewing current methodology and processes **Qualifications** - Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate large amounts of information leading to sound conclusions for effective decision making - High level of understanding of all aspects of supply chain processes, production flow and system flow - Previous experience with supply chain processes, experience in different roles within Supply Chain a pre-requisite - Outstanding ability to conceptualize large-picture projects and foresee challenge and needs to be addressed - Strong communicator/influencer with the ability to drive decision making across the different levels of the organization - Interacts and collaborates with team and partners, supportive and adaptable yet with strong point of view.
