We are looking for someone who is passionate about Social Media to join our close knit team and become a part of delivering quality 360 digital campaigns to be proud of.
The social media manager is responsible for the execution of social media jobs against brand strategy. Core to the role is taking briefs from client and working with internal teams (client service, creative, production, strategy, PR etc.) and external suppliers (media partners) to plan and execute work on social media platforms effectively.

**Detailed list of duties can include**:
Client Service
Build trust through ongoing thought leadership in Social Media
Manage creative briefs, client feedback and delivery of content
Plan, create timelines, update status, manage deliverables and expectations
Set up, manage, conduct and contact report on client presentations
When necessary create cost estimates and manage billings thereof
Manage user access to clients accounts / tools / reports / dashboards

Content and channel planning
Work closely with client and wider client service team
Create clear communication plans for activity across platforms
Create and direct clients content calendars and social posting schedule with best practice in mind

Strategic direction

Direct and collaborate on Social Media activation proposals for:
Planned campaigns and Adhoc Client briefs
Online listening, trend sourcing, outreach & tactical response
Channel health or emerging channel creation
Mentor and manage interns / junior staff members
Update teams / clients on current and emerging landscape trends, competitor activity and latest news

Content & Channel Administration
Work closely with creative & paid media departments
Scheduling & deactivation of content across channels
Ensure effective searchability / tracking / tagging across content
Manage clients creative content bible

Content Marketing
Work Closely with Strategy, Creative & Production Departments
Always On Content, Campaign & Tactical content - purpose & generation
Assist and manage the production process of content on social jobs.

Influencer Marketing management
Influencer reviewing, sourcing, outreach and day-to-day management
Influencer briefs, contracts and creative guidelines
Liase with client for content review & approvals

Content & Channel Performance Management
Work closely with Strategy department
Channel, Content, Campaign and Health Audits / Reporting
Benchmark, Review, Live Listening and ROI Reporting
Daily performance checks & recommendations
Manage Ceative Identity of Channel, Content, Templates and Spec sheets.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Minimum relevant experience and skills/attributes required**:
Three-plus years experience managing social media
Experience working on all current and emerging social platforms.
A positive attitude towards tight deadlines.
Enjoys a fast-paced agency environment with rapidly changing priorities.
Self-motivated, hard working and eager to learn attitude
Excellent analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills are a must
Ability to think creatively and out-of-the-box.
Excellent attention to detail.
Exceptional writing, communication and confident presentation skills.
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.

Valid, drivers licence and own transport.

**Technical skills/knowledge**:
Meta (Facebook) Blueprint Certifications - Intermediary to Advanced
Google Analytics Academy Certification - Basic Level
Other online training on social media platforms / analytics also acceptable
Experience using Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
Social Media content management platforms (HootSuite, Falcon, Benchmark etc.)
Social Media monitoring platforms (Brandseye, Simply Measured, Meltwater etc)

Influencer sourcing platforms (Humanz, Stellar etc.)
