**Description**
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Medical Intern in our local subsidiary. As a medical intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to various aspects of the medical field. This position will provide an excellent platform for learning and professional growth.
**Responsibilities**
- Acts as the first line of contact for the medical department.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and team-building events.
- Take notes in meetings.
- Compile reports and making presentations to other staff members.
- Responsible for processing the medical teams PPRs, POs and vendor management.
- Analyse existing systems and offering new ideas for improvement.
- Support the team with the reviewal process Review and approval of material content.
- Assist with approvals of events
- Bring positive energy into the team and forming lasting professional relationships with staff.
- Conduct research and assisting the medical director where necessary.
- Complete fieldwork or visiting different work sites when required.
- Always Upholding the good name of the company.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of medical reports, presentations, and documentation.
**Work Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., biology, chemistry, pharmacy).
- Recently completed a medical or pharmaceutical degree
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex scientific data.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting is a plus.
