Our American-based client is seeking a skilled and experienced Insurance Administrator to join their virtual Health Insurance team. As part of this team, you will be focusing on an all-American client base in the health and medical insurance sector.

The role offers a competitive remuneration package. The role will be office-based in our Houghton offices in Johannesburg, operating during USA EST hours (4pm-12m daylight savings dependent).

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
- Basic Microsoft skills.
- Previous experience in health insurance.
- Knowledge on insurance claims and eligibility.
- Excellent client liaison skills.
- Experience in the medical industry.
- Proven track record dealing with Health Insurance.
- Experience:

- Health Insurance Administration: 1 year (preferred)
- Salary: R7,000.00 - R9,000.00 per month
