Role and Responsibilities - Sales Administrator / Field Sales Support- Collate all promotional activities (Both BU’s all channels) from KAM’s and TM’s and update the Pack and Stack promotional activity planner weekly.
- Attend all operations meetings with Pack and stack, central point of communication and feedback
- Attend weekly meetings with Trade marketing (key contact between teams) to plan upcoming promotions and point of sale distribution.
- Create Point of sale distribution and tracking report and manage POS delivery from agent, to warehouse to stores
- Responsible for managing POS in current warehouse, ensure low SOH to drive productivity
- Consolidate all tracking from Pack and Stack and RSM’s and responsible for sending feedback timeously. Update and chase delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines.
- Responsible for creating execution albums, collate from teams and publish
- Consolidate all store deals post campaign, audit against execution albums and send consolidate feedback to KAM’s
- Update RSM’s KPI reports monthly (Vision Score card results, Sales and execution) and send out progress report against targets
- Send out / publish weekly Vision Store dashboard
- Manage contract stores. Monthly updates on Contract store compliance and KPI execution. Consolidate and audit results for payout.
- Approve and communicate all product returns in KZN/EC and WC between RSM and Antel solutions for pick up
- Handle all queries from RSM’s and direct to relevant parties
- Responsible for weekly sales update to Pack and Stack
- Loading/amendments of PDCs onto 1worldsync as received from Supply projects team.
- Loading of PO’s on Mybuy System for Sales and Trade Marketing
- Assist in payment updates when requested by supplier (late payments/no payments/invoice issues) with finance
- Consolidations of reports on excel for expenses and budgets and all other reports requested by management.
- Schedule all pack and stack national online meetings
