**For Key Clients Directly Managed by the Senior Analyst**:

- ** Client Relationship/Communication**: Act as the primary point of contact for the key client, fostering a strong relationship and ensuring clear communication channels.
- ** Setting Meetings**: Schedule and organize meetings with the key client to discuss project progress, updates, and concerns.
- ** Weekly Updates to Client**: Provide regular updates to the key client on project status, milestones achieved, and upcoming deliverables.
- ** Delivery/Support**: Ensure timely project delivery and provide ongoing support to address issues or queries.
- ** Further Opportunity Buildouts**: Identify and explore additional opportunities for project expansion or enhancement within the existing scope.
- ** Responsible for Team Performance**: Oversee the performance of the team assigned to the key client, setting targets, delivery dates, and expectations.
- ** Setting targets/Delivery Dates/Expectations**: Define clear targets, delivery dates, and expectations for the team working on projects for the key client.
- ** Maintain Documentation**: Ensure all project documentation is accurately maintained and approved by the principal analyst.
- ** Onsite Presence**: When a client requires team presence on-site, the Senior Analyst is the preferred representative for these engagements, ensuring expert handling and seamless execution of tasks.
- ** Seek Feedback**: Regularly solicit feedback from the key client to identify areas for improvement and ensure satisfaction.

**For Other Clients**:

- ** Delivery/Support**: Deliver projects and provide ongoing support, ensuring timely resolution of issues and queries.
- ** Supporting Associate Analysts**: Assist associate analysts in their project tasks, providing guidance and technical support as needed.
- ** Client Delivery Touchpoint Communications**: Communicate with clients to provide updates on project delivery timelines and address concerns.
