**Role Responsibilities**:
Co-creating the Marketing Strategy for launches and driving execution across all marketing channels.

Being involved with both the internal and external agency marketing processes leading to a successful integrated marketing launch.

Co-creating the Digital Marketing strategy including lead generation.

Delivering the Digital Marketing strategy through implementation and oversight.

Analysing and reporting on the implementation of marketing strategy in terms of value, returns and effectiveness.

Ensuring that the brand is represented correctly across all touchpoints.

Managing internal and external teams by the project timeline and plan.

Creating and managing a successful project timeline.

Creating and managing budget, financial planning and cash flow against the project timeline.

Co-creating and managing Lead Campaign Strategy and lead generation campaigns.

Managing the lead generation partners to ensure that lead quality is high and that all channels are delivering as per agreed success metrics.

Liaising closely with the Sales team to continuously review and improve lead generation channels.

Assisting the Sales team with any actions required of the Lead Generation campaigns to deliver the best results.

**Working with the Digital Manager to ensure the following**:
Social media pages are aligned to strategy and launch goals.

Timeous weekly and monthly performance reports.

Ensuring that the brand is represented accordingly at all events.

Providing support for the events team when required.

Client-facing at any company events and required to attend any partner events.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Relevant tertiary Marketing Degree.

**Relevant Skills / Experience**:
Solid experience as a Marketing Manager or similar position.

Proven success with lead generation.

Experience creating marketing strategies and marketing launches.

A highly-organised individual who has a strong ability to constantly zoom out and focus on bigger goals.

Must love a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Must be good with people and work well in a team.

**Additional Details**:
This will be a freelance position for 3 - 5 days of the week.
