**Qualifications**: _-_ (_One or more of the following. Or equivalent)_**.**
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+
- Microsoft Certified Fundamentals (e.g., Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals)

**Requirements**:

- **Own vehicle required.**
- **Fluent** in Afrikaans and/or English.
- **Minimum of 3+** years of professional experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment, providing IT support, system administration, or managed services.
- Proficiency in administering and troubleshooting Windows and/or Linux operating systems, with experience in macOS considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving network issues, including configuration and management of firewalls, routers, and switches.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, including Microsoft 365, Azure, or AWS.
- Knowledge of remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools and ticketing systems for proactive IT support and issue resolution.

**Responsibilities**
- Install configure and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Provide technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Respond promptly to service requests and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Managing multiple SLA clients and other level agreements.
- This position requires a 20% remote and 80% onsite balance.
- Our field engineers are expected to travel to customers on average 1-3 customers a day.
- Travel expenses will be covered.
- Ensure the security and integrity of IT infrastructure.
