**JOB SPECIFICATION
- Oversee all information systems and integrations.
- Work with development partners to maintain websites, and systems and deploy upgrades or improvements.
- Work with management teams to understand all key business processes and implement systems to automate or optimize efficiency.
- Manage website tools (XML feeds, downloads, customer dashboards)
- Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reporting tools for the company and stakeholders.
- Help develop compelling landing pages that are a destination for multichannel sales and marketing campaigns
- Work with the design team to create visually compelling graphics and assets that will drive Calls To Action
- Work with managers & executives on creative direction (informed by real-time analytics & customer feedback)
- Resolve internal and external website-related queries timeously
- Work on special projects (new IP, systems, integrations, websites, et cetera)
- Work with the marketing team to ensure implementation of SEO strategy across all websites
- Upload, curate, and analyze website data in order to present information to various departmental stakeholders
**REQUIREMENTS
- A degree in computer science, Information Systems, or similar is essential.
- Keen understanding of data management and extensive experience with Power BI.
- Knowledge of HTML, PHP, SQL, CSS, & CMS is advantageous
- Strong understanding of systems development, and planning with proven ability to define project scope.
- Ability to map process workflows and identify bottlenecks or areas to optimize processes.
- Good command of website UX, visual layout, and working understanding of SEO is advantageous
- Good troubleshooting skills and ability to solve problems with rational thinking.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good organization skills and attention to detail
- Must be able to manage time and work to tight deadlines
- Must be able to prioritize customer/user experience when handling queries
- Willing to work necessary hours to make this position a success
- Curiosity and continuously strives to grow
- Ability to communicate if outcomes are not being met due to challenges
- Be able to receive constructive feedback and use this to grow/improve
