The role is primarily an enablement role that

Delivers specialised project management administrative and portfolio support services, Ensuring that the level of quality delivered by the Project and Programme Managers are completed within the governance and quality standards of ITO Strategic Change.

**Job Description**:
Project administrative Activities:
Performing project and portfolio related administrative tasks such as maintaining
- Information files
- Completing project documentation and processing paperwork.
- Follow Up and tracking Team enablement requests as well as ensuring that the project management

team are delivering these requests on time
- Engaging primarily with the ITO Strategic Change Central Office to ensure internal requests for

delivery are met on time
- Escalating key concerns where the expectations of the project managers have not been met
- Collaborating with project managers in order to derive Constraints, Risks, Actions, Decisions ,

Dependencies as well as mitigation/action plans for delivery
- Engage with the Group Change team as needed in order to ensure these requests are delivered by

the project management and programme management team.
- Preparation of Portfolio Decks enabled through the programme and project managers
- Drive the enablement of the Portfolio Delivery Plan the project management team
- Maintain a desired level of quality in a service or product, especially by means of attention to every

stage of the Project Delivery Lifecycle
- Complete tasks timeously

Education

Bachelor's Degree: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (required)
