We are your premier provider of innovative mobile trailers, refrigerators, kitchens, and classrooms designed to meet Manufactured Trailer needs for South Africa.

From project idea to conclusion, the Junior Project Manager will handle and manage all tasks. The Junior Project Manager will be in charge of project planning and execution. They are responsible for completing the work/project on schedule and within budget. They plan logistics/procurement, delegate tasks, and monitor all areas of the project.

We are looking for someone with the following skills:
**Responsibilities and Duties**

**_
Junior Project Management Roles_**
- Monitors assigned project progress;
- Prepares all stage level documents as needed and obtains relevant clearances to proceed to the next stage;
- Provides overall project direction;
- Ensures assigned projects are adequately resourced;
- Drafts contract documents;
- Reviews and makes recommendations on project planning and design;
- Negotiates contracts or participates in contract negotiations with contractors and professionals;
- Creating feasibility studies and budgets for proposed projects;
- Creating tender documentation in order to obtain fair and equitable tenders for projects;
- Negotiating building contracts; and
- Creating monthly status updates on all projects.

Procurement_**
- Meeting with and evaluating various specialists and contractors who will be assigned to projects on behalf of the senior project manager as needed.
- Conducting relevant material research.
- Obtaining specific goods.
- Product pricing and comparisons with suppliers and professionals.
- Manages project budgets by recommending material, labor, and professional procurement.
- Planning procurement schedules
- All of the aforementioned require communication with the procurement department.

Team Leadership_**
- Managing any tasks delegated to the project team.
- Oversight of the main in-house team
- Ensuring that suitable project statuses are maintained.
- Keep track of project progress.
- Encouraging employees to do their best.
- Providing mentoring to junior project management workers.
- Consistent communication with all team members about project needs, updates, and deadlines.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications and experience desired***:

Experience in project management ranging from one to three years

2+ years of construction or built-environment experience
