Our fintech startup offers financial solutions that help education institutions simplify their payment ecosystem while teaching learners the fundamentals of money. We are looking for a dynamic individual to help support our institutional customers in gaining the full value from our product offering.

- Customer relations management (B2B)
- Managing CRM systems
- Project management
- Product roll-out and implementations (Full implementation management)

- Google Suite (equivalent MS Packages)
- Business software and systems (Zoho Desk, CRM & Projects)
- Writing & Presentation communication
- Project Management
- Team Management & Coordination
Skills and Knowledge (desirable)
- Analytical knowledge of what drives Customer Success and associated tools to track and improve key metrics.

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R25,000.00 per month
