**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop Innovative Sales Strategies**: Create and implement forward-thinking strategies to drive business growth in the beauty and salon industry.
- **Build & Maintain Relationships**: Foster long-lasting relationships with customers to drive loyalty and business success.
- **Identify New Business Opportunities**: Recognise and seize opportunities for growth and expansion.
- **Stay Informed & Creative**: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and continuously develop creative solutions to drive results.
- **Drive Business Growth**: Execute strategic initiatives that contribute to the company's growth and success.
- **Training & Facilitation**: Conduct training sessions and facilitate workshops effectively.
- **Public Speaking**: Confidently present and communicate in front of groups.
- **Event Organisation & Promotion**: Negotiate with salons and pharmacies to arrange promotion days and other events to increase brand awareness and market products.
- **Strong Reporting Skills**: Including the ability to generate and analyse reports using CRMs and other relevant software.

**Required Experience & Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in the Beauty, Cosmetics, and Haircare industry.
- Must have their own reliable vehicle.
- Valid South African driver’s license.

**Package & Benefits**:

- Commission based only + Expense Allowance
- 3-Month probation period.
