Solugrowth is looking for a Customer Service Agent for a client withing the Freight/Courier industry based in Boksburg - Gauteng. To be the primary point of contact for any customer who has a question or issue with a product or service, act as a liaison, provide accurate product/service information.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Managing incoming calls & customer service inquiries
- Generating sales leads which develops into new customers
- Identifying & assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Genuinely excited to help customers
- Patient & empathetic & passionately communicative
- Understand the value of good communication skills
- Ensuring excellent service standards, responding effectively to customer inquiries & maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Providing accurate, valid and complete info by using the right method/tools
- Handling of customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions/alternatives within the time limits; follow-up to ensure resolution
- Take the extra mile to engage customers

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Knowledge of Parcel Perfect.
- Drivers License & Own vehicle
- Willing to work overtime and available after business hours and during weekends when required
- Grade 12
- Customer service experience in the courier/freight/logistics environment
- MS Office - Great MS Excel skills
- Excellent English & Afrikaans (read, write & speech)
