Faithful to Nature is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to be responsible for processing all invoices received from suppliers and capturing it in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Capturing of Supplier Invoices and Credit Notes on Acumatica.
- Checking Costs and Quantities Invoices against POs.
- Checking Description of SKU on Invoice against POs.
- Flag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items or prices - assigning related. tasks to buyers for all Delivery discrepancies and Cost discrepancies and follow up with buyers/planners everyday.
- Making sure payment dates are correct ( From date of delivery - Stamp ).
- Following up on daily on outstanding Credit Notes for all PO discrepancies and Supplier returns
- Contacting and following up with Suppliers on;
- Discrepancies on PO/Invoices eg shortages
- Damages
- Incorrect stock supplied
- Short dated stock
- Expired stock
- Cost prices and etc.
- Any other adhoc duties required from time to time.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Proven working experience as Accounts Payable Clerk.
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles.
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers.
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software.
- Proficiency in English and in MS Office.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
