**Job Type**: Full Time

**Responsibilities may include but is not limited to**:

- Develop and lead a team within a live energetic environment and ensure that the projects are completed in time as well as within budget
- Setting up milestones and management thereof as well as reporting project progress
- Kickstart regular meetings with onsite projects team to identify any future anticipated delays thus affecting the project at hand and creating solutions therefore
- Aid in the logistics plan that allows the team on site to complete their work in a coordinated and most efficient manner
- Determine priorities based on project requirements and onsite job specifications
- Determining requirements that includes allowances for site specific necessities whilst adhering to project budgets
- Evaluate project performance and onsite quality assurance whilst adhering to geographic site specific laws
- Submitting health and safety files and ensuring the team onsite adheres to these policies and procedures while being exposed to various different environmental factors
- Ensure stakeholder satisfaction
- International as well as national travelling will be required

**Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements**:

- BSc Construction Management or similar degree (Non-Negotiable)
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience with knowledge of construction, engineering, and procurement industry standards both national and international

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kempton Park, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
