**Responsibilities**
- Records the daily stock count of raw materials
- Compares the daily stock count to the stock control sheet and investigates any discrepancies.
- Checks production label and product type against the production plan.
- Confirms any product downgrades or rejects.
- Follows dispatch schedule and adapts to changes as instructed by the branch manager.
- Fills in the trip Sheet, collects delivery note from branch manager and fills in the pass out book
- Responsible for trucks Roadworthy, Tyres, Service and general inspections
- Instructs the crane operator on what to load on the vehicle.
- Checks that the driver has a valid returns book in the vehicle, checks the Stock that has been loaded and signs the pass out book
- Initiate a car (SD 1071) if any products does not meet the delivery requirements and informs the branch manager.
- Instructs cutter if stock requires resizing. Where after the b grade cutting sheet is then send to the branch manager to adjust the stock on glasspro.
- To maintain awareness of customer requirements and check the branch manager and line manager to ensure that these requirements have been stated correctly on the customer purchase order and production order list.
- Takes a decision if raw stock needs to be scrap, resizers or to return the defective stock**Inherent Requirements**
